Looking for new strategic and financial investors
We look for investors to join a syndicate for Series-A investment, with fundraising starting in late 2024.
Metsä Spring will act as the lead investor and shows flexibility to other investors to join the syndicate. Series-A targets to finalize the commercial demonstration plant ramped up in 2026 and the business growth. Current ownership consists of Metsä Spring Ltd as an industrial investor and with seed-angel investors.
